30 Mar RECIPE IDEA: Pasta Twist on Potatoes Gratin

You’ve most likely heard of potatoes gratin — the creamy, cheesy potato casserole dish brought at many potlucks and family events. Now, imagine the indulgence of replacing the potato with pasta. Simply combine boil butter, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese in a sauce pan, then set aside. Add boiled fettuccine and fresh mushrooms (optional) to a large baking dish and toss with the cheese sauce and bake.
